Performance Evaluations

We focus on evaluating your financial and member performance over time and as compared to your peer group. We focus on your capital position, profitability, loan portfolio health and how well you're providing service to your field of membership and members.
Strategic Plans

Where have you been, where are you today (including your SWOT Analysis) and where do you want and need to go? What will be your strategic goals and what will be your actions to achieve them?
Succession Plans

As now required by NCUA, what is your plan for management succession, including senior staff, your board of directors, and the "key contributors" at your credit union. So many credit unions have and are merging today due to a lack of succession planning. Don't be one of them for your members' sake!
Interim CEO Advisory Service

Whether you've just secured a new "first time" CEO or are in-between CEOs, this service serves to "bridge the gap" until your permanent CEO is "on-board and up to date" on managing your credit union. This service ensures key items are getting done and are not "slipping between the cracks."
Training New CEOs

This is a particularly helpful program for first time CEOs. It provides a practical understanding of what's required of a small credit union CEO, focusing more on "the things that need to be done," rather than "leadership training" which is extensively covered by others. This training covers typical "things that need to be done," "who's doing what" and "who to call" when things don't go as planned. It also covers the differences in responsibilities of management, boards and committees.
Guidance on Chartering a New Credit Union

Whether beginning the process of a federal or state charter, this guidance focuses on the "process" of chartering a new credit union. It is empowering as the participants learn what is required of them at various phases and stages and complete their work under guidance. This keeps fees lower than otherwise and the participants gain insight and experience in chartering their credit union which will be helpful in operating and managing their credit union going forward.
